Cucos Mexican Cafe has been proudly serving Tex-Mex cuisine in the Alabama river region since 1987. Dishes such as nachos, fajitas, and burritos are all Tex-Mex inventions, a fusion of southwestern and Mexican cuisine deriving from the culinary creations of Tejanos.
